Our Philosophy

We believe in honouring our communities and empowering them through the sharing of knowledge. The Ways of Knowing Facilitation and Leadership Program’s goals are reciprocity, relevance, respect, and responsibility. These goals are achieved through the leader's connection to the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual realms of being a whole person. These ways of knowing structure all of the program content.
